The La Farge link seems to be about a company protecting its interest in war torn area.
You are making more of these stories than is there.
If somebody showed a behavior once; it's not an imaginary assumption to accuse them when similar behaviors show their face, again and again.
Using proxies to destabilize regions was a behavior used systematically by the CIA in Afghanistan and South America. It is not even a conspiracy theory; it's history.
So when I see a proxy like ISIS, in a country invaded by the U.S, I have every right to point fingers towards the U.S as the main funding side behind that proxy.
There is no harm in assuming that Russia learned from its experience in Afghanistan.
Arab allies of the U.S and Russia can provide the ideology and the fighters in the main part, especially with Wahabism being a favorite ally to the CIA in its proxy operations in the Middle East.
Moreover; if reports about the involvment of western companies is there; the picture becomes clearer and clearer.
Just a question: how long have they been bombing ISIS again? Unless the bombs were made out of cottoncandy; ISIS should've turned to SISI from the amounts of bombs ! These guys don't even have an airforce
