Never had a problem with dryness.
Maybe it's a breadcrumb thing.
Of course! The natural and added water and fat in the ground meat is retained by the bread crumbs/ oats/ etc. Just like the stuffing in a turkey. If you moisten the bread crumbs before hand with stock you will add flavor and additional moisture.

Jaysus, what were they thinking ??
Still, the absolute funniest thing about spam is:
Andrew Zimern, famous for eating almost anything (pickled hog placenta! boiled Bonsai cedar tree needles! sea slug guts! desiccated star fish that was a table decoration he tried to eat by mistake!!!) but he DON'T LIKE SPAM, LOL !!!!
And regarding my textural complaints about Spam, note as gay male I've consumed and enjoyed semen.
Probably best to not let the Hormel marketing department hear about my review of their product . . . .
I have seen Zimmerman relishing Snapping Turtle Testicles and Tuna Semen. Me thinks he is playing the straight card!
God thinks it's fun to confuse primates. Larsen's God!
