CL, I don't mean to be offensive, but how do you know how millennials behave in the work place? Haven't you decided that work isn't right for you? That would render your point moot because, A. you don't work with millennials and B. you don't have a work ethic. To be clear, I am 100% okay with people deciding to stay at home. I don't care what people do or don't do for a living in general. I just find, if I have your situation correct, which I may not, that your position could be a little hypocritical or even uninformed.
