Lusts beget's misguidance upon misguidance, and will seal and harden the heart if left unchecked.

Not only is porn and masturbation evil to oneself, but its shameful to let a society make it common.

We should not only forbid for ourselves but strive to condemn those who perform them.

Eating too much food is also evil for the same reasons as above or even more so.

And it leads to sins and the eyes of the heart must constantly be seeking discipline lest they go blind.
