Your asking me to pick the difference between two potential cadidates leaving aside everythinv we know about one which shows that they know what they're doing and are effective at it.

Oh, and from her own show I'm guessing that Oprah is far less liberal or in favour of a public health system than you think. Her favourite snake oil salesmen wouldn't last a day in a public health system and her personal profits would dry up in a liberal society.

For one Clinton had policies, and as the 2016 primaries wound on showed she was amenable to adjusting those policies as needs and eviidence dictated. Aside from her anti-vaxx and sham medicine credentials you can point to not one singlepolicy position Oprah has that is a government competence. All she has ever done is mouth substanceless platitutes and shill snake oil to the gullible

Face facts Brian, Oprahs policies wouldn't stray far from typical hard right policies, apart from increased support for woo cures to health problems.

As a woman totally dependant on the current system, Oprah's not going to bite the corporate hand that feeds her.

That's the Dems biggest problem actually, every time the repugs tack right on the economy the Dems tack the same way to stay as close to possible.

One final word on Oprah's endorsement of Obama: image. Celebrities give out endorsements when they think it makes them look good. Given the demographics of the people Oprah is fleecing, it made sense for her to publicly back Obama, even if she couldn't stand him in private.
