4,000 x 50,000 = 200,000,000 just in salary being brought into the economy.

You're forgetting the $1.6 billion to build it.

Seems foolish to give out a 370 million tax break just to get 200,000,000 in salary a year (on top of benefits and whatever taxes are left to be charged).

Huh? If the plant goes to another state, your state gets $-0- in tax revenues.
