You're forgetting the $1.6 billion to build it.

Seems foolish to give out a 370 million tax break just to get 200,000,000 in salary a year (on top of benefits and whatever taxes are left to be charged).

Huh? If the plant goes to another state, your state gets $-0- in tax revenues.

I was shooting for sarcasm.  Seems clear that 200,000,000 a year in salary alone far outweighs 370m in tax breaks in terms of benefiting the area.
