Wouldn't something like this have to be approved by the supreme court? The supreme court would never agree to allow doctors to refuse to treat people because of their sexual orientation, right? It's not right.

But anyway, how does a doctor even know their patient's sexual orientation? I mean they don't know unless you tell them, right? Unless they're like my doctor who straight up asked... O_O
