Does anyone here like Doom?

I played Terraria for a bit but ended up trading it back in. I know some people really dig that game, but I don't really dig the whole minecraft or minecraft adjacent game style.

I'm more like Baldur's Gate style isometric RPGs or rarified treasures like Shovel Knight.

I've tried repeatedly to get into Minecraft and I just can't. It's just so slow and so fucking boring and there's nothing to do but build stuff.

Terarria is nothing like that. It's fast paced, there's tons to do and it's far from boring. And full of retro boss fights and there's literally thousands of unique items in the game. If you are still comparing it to Minecraft maybe you haven't watched that video I sent you yet

P.S. Baldur's Gate fucking rocks. It's my 3rd most played game on Steam. I have 139 hours of Baldur's Gate action (haven't had the game long). 161 on Terraria.

*cough* 386 hours on Age of Empires 2 HD *cough*
