Well the good news is women's bathrooms, which I'm guessing these people wouldn't know since they've never been in one, have these things called 'stalls'.  They have a door on them and everything.  I presumed, wrongly I guess, that men's bathrooms also had stalls.  But apparently they use the urinals for that too?  This is a silent problem that should be addressed immediately.  PUT STALLS IN MEN'S BATHROOMS NOW!

We get naked in locker rooms.  Some showers are just a big open area with a bunch of showerheads on the walls, so it's unavoidable if you want to clean yourself.  If a guy got naked in a bathroom, I think they'd probably get their ass kicked.
