It's tough when you hurt yourself. I've been hesitant to get back to regular yoga practice since I fucked up my back. I haven't done any weight-bearing on my wrist either because there seems to be an impinged nerve there. It makes it hard to stay active when your body disagrees. I'm sure you'll find something you can get into, though. I'd suggest water exercise, but it's hard to get access to a pool. I know that. I used to go run in the water at the pond up to my shoulders when my knee was acting up. The resistance made for a good workout while the buoyancy relieved the load on my knee.
