California (I live here.) doesn't know what they want. In order to control immigration you must enforce immigration laws. I hear no suggestions from California on how to effectively control immigration. All they want to do is impede any efforts at enforcement.
Pretty sure one thing they want is to get those crops picked and cheap labor for all kinds of other unappealing work. But the Donald only wants to bring in the ones who can compete with our own college educated kids. Weird.
