The "nicest" they are to migrants, by comparison..is to simply avoid complicity in their persecution and oppression at a federal level. They watch people punch them in the face, in their own yard..but don't do the punching. Real nice, lol.
I love how the right denies this fact and yet believe that Texas is somehow the greatest state in the Union. Many of them don't recognize that California is essentially paying for most of the welfare in this country that goes to conservative states mostly.
