East Asians don't integrate into Western culture

I'm not racist against East Asians or anything. It's just that I immigrated from India primarily because I wanted to live in an English-speaking country and boom...I encounter quite a few people speaking Chinese.

I know people in Quebec speak French as well but who cares - I'm in Ontario. And I speak to other Indians in English, just fyi.

Oh, you're Indian? Have you abandoned your cultural background -or- do you eat Indian food, socialize with other Indians, go to Indian cultural celebrations, speak your native language to family members, heck, ever watched a Bollywood movie? 

I reckon you've done most of the latter, yet you can't abide accidentally hearing "East Asians" speaking to each other privately in a non-English language.

This says more about you than the East Asians.
