Not the point. If you mean that then that is not how you should think of others from another country, ANY COUNTRY.
My x wife is Japanese, she came over to America the same time as her best friend together. My X picked up English very quickly and spoke very well. Her friend who understood English spoke very broken English, but of course they are going to mostly speak in the language they were raised with. My point is I think you are assuming too much and have a bad sample rate. I don't think those you are talking about are always deliberately keeping to themselves.
Treat others as individuals don't assume why a person does something.
