I live in Saudi Arabia. There are literally Millions of Indians and Pakistanies here, in my 25 years of life, I didn't meet but a single one who can speak Arabic probably with a Saudi accent.
Heck; some of them have been in this country for 10 or 20 years even.
So let's look at the scenarios of the Asian guys here:
1-They were born in Canada -both of them-; but they're speaking about a domestic event
2-One was born in Beijing, Japan (the video below 0:54):
And the other was born in Canada. So the Canadian-born wanted to communicate with the Japanese born, so he used the native Japanese he learned from his grandmother.
3-Non was born in Canada, but they didn't have an inferiority complex regarding their native language; so they use it in western societies without shame. You don't have to claim you're a native when you're an immigrant. Everybody know about it, from the queen of of England to hounds of hell. Your skin tells who you are, and all races are so beautiful in their own way.
The only integration problem, is between THE HUMANS who have an inferiority complex in other societies.

4-Both are not actually Asians; but special agents that underwent a plastic surgery, just like Zhao from "James Bond:Another Day". Did you see diamonds in their faces?
