Walking home

His brother murdered
By a robber
And one day
As a kid
My dad got drunk
And shot his 38
With me in the room
I escaped that doom
But death by firearm
Hits 96 times a day
Grab your popcorn
Get ready to die
In your churches
And college campus
It is rampant
And the reason why
One industry
And their blood lobby
Don't hand me bullshit
We want a dictatorship
Austrial and Scotland
Got a handle on it
No zip code
Is safe from it
I hear about firearm violence
Even out in the sticks
Domestic murders
And suicides
Unattended firearms
End kids lives
A safer society
Is all we want
No dictatorship will arise
If we reduce the violence
King had no gun
Nor did Malala
All they wanted
Was society to be safer
I am sorry if
My voice bothers you
Or my voting habbits
But we are through
We are tired
Of hearing in the news
All the firarm violence
That is needless too
They will not stop us
We are not detered
We don't need violence
To have our voices heard
