Is this thread about it being impossible not to believe in god?
If so it is flawed because....................... drum roll.....................I dont believe in god.
We dont really need to bring any science into it. I didnt believe in god before I knew abot evolution or the big bang theory. I have never believed in god. Lack of belief in god was always my default position. Nothing I have seen or heard has ever caused me to doubt for one second that my default position is true. In fact everything I have learnt about the universe has shown how silly the idea of the abrahamic god is and I think it unlikely that there is a deist god.
Theists, partiularly of the abrahamic god have to battle against the wealth of evidence that contradicts the biblical god. with 'that wasnt meant meant literally' and other poor excuses. Belief is their default position and a default position is hard to move from.
