I saw the first season on Hulu. I had high hopes, especially with Noah "Fargo" Hawley as showrunner and a classic rock soundtrack and even a character who is literally named Syd Barrett, but I didn't particularly care for it. Honestly, I'm far more into crime dramas (particularly with comedic overtones) than Superhero shows.
