There is no difference simply putting the word" looks" in a sentence does not change the objective incorrectness of the statement . And it remains a false judgement on appearance . Sorry that bothers you . 

It doesn't bother me, that's exactly what I'm saying. It is a false judgement based on looks. When you don't otherwise know someone, looks are all you've got to go and we all make initial judgements based on that. I never said it wasn't a false judgement.  I said that I think it makes them look less intelligent. Whether or not they actually turn out to be less intelligent remains to be seen. 

If I see a guy on a street corner wearing a rainbow clown wig and a t-shirt that says John 3:16 on it, I'm going to form some opinions about that individual. If I were to get to actually know that individual, then I would discover if those initial judgements were accurate or not. You're slamming me for doing this but honestly I don't think I'm all that unusual in this respect.
