You;re about to run your ship into the rocks..if you separate information from human minds, now. Above you imply that it's information regardless of human minds or observation. How is that sup[posed to fit with the implication you're trying to make? If it can be information in some sense not relevant to our mind..then why is there a requirement of mind in the information of dna?
