DNA Proves Existence of a Designer

I skimmed it.  I am looking for a paper that answers my 4 questions or at least tries to address it.  These papers don't even come close.  I glanced at this one and it looks like more non-sensible propaganda.  The information in DNA is the key.  There is no explanation for it outside of design.

And if there is not an answer to you questions (yet) therefore god? That's caveman logic, fantasy boy. 

Time for you to pack up your dog and one trick pony show and leave town.

Scientific method:



ID method: It looks designed / I can't believe this could happen without being designed, therefor it's designed.

It tells us nothing, explains nothing, has no practical applications, includes no testable hypotheses, makes no predictions and so isn't science. It's an abandonment of science for the argument from ignorance.
