How do you infer design based on specificity and complexity?  Aren't general and simple things also designed? You told us that DNA and rocks are both designed.

The complexity and specificity allow us to infer design.

When I look at a car or a building, I infer design based on it's specified complexity.

Even dumb rocks will kill us at a whim. How is this designed for us? It clearly is not remotely designed for us. Who or what is the universe designed for?
