That's why I said comprehension matters. I never said the Bible said anything about gravity, I said it gave a justification for the principle of induction (which I have provided to you) which makes science possible. You would not have any basis for even believing that the law of gravity will apply tomorrow in an atheistic world. You have not provided me with this justification to date, even though you live your life like you have it. So I will just assume as an atheist you cannot give a justification for the principle of induction until you prove otherwise.

But we know the process that attracts the ball to the ground.

The principle of induction is boiled down in that wall of text to.

given any appearance, we may take it to be real, until and unless it is found to be illusory.

This neatly moves the burdon of proof away from the person making the claim and as such can be easily dismissed as a rather crude ploy at manipulating the handling of evidence.
