Why does your god design fetuses in the womb with defects who then die before they are born?

Because the entire world is defective.  That child was not meant to be born but to die before birth.  All the suffering and death has to do with the fall of man and sin.

You can understand why when you use the fairytale nonsense in the bible as the source, and then when asked why you believe it, that you say 'an inner voice'' how we might treat what you say with a little scepticism.

Evil exists because goodness exists.  It is part of the ultimate reality.  Man did not have to choose to have knowledge of evil if Adam did not eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil.  In the end, God will destroy hell and death in the lake of fire.
