Man learned the truth about good and evil after the fall. Evil was already present as the devil had at sometime in the past rebelled against God which is why the tree of the knowledge of good and evil was present in Eden to begin with.

You are not even watching the videos I am posting or reading the links. Some of it may be new. The videos are short for the most part and incredible. They show how DNA and molecular machines function.
