Lots of ideas for utopia have been proposed. For some reason none of them seem to work. Maybe you're aware of one that does.
I doubt that a world without child rape would qualify as utopia by fiat...but it would be a start. What;s the problem? God can;t make the smallest effort in service of the common good?
We do it all the time. "Nah, lets sit back and let this kiddie fucker exercise his free will" said no cop ever. Even the fuckin criminals hate those guys............
I suppose it;s nice that they have god on their side, being isolated from everyone else.
