I was home alone last night. I'm claiming that I had a crap. I did and I remember it well.

I obviously flushed away the evidence for my claim.

My claim is now unfalsifiable! How can I prove that I actually had a crap and not dreamt it?

How the fuck can theists claim to know what happened 2,000 years ago with any certainty at all

I don't know. Were lots of people there that no one knows anything about watching you crap? If so then you can write down entirely different accounts of what they saw and when you did it. We can then assume that this is trustworthy because witnesses in court supposedly do the same.
