If it's totally mindless it cannot be intelligent. The reason the computer is not mindless and is intelligent is because the machine was designed and built and programmed by creators. All matter and energy have information. Some have CSI at which point design can be inferred.
Then you would like to revise your earlier statements? There is no intelligence in a computer?
