Well, seems my complaining worked. The contractor who didn't show up on Friday either did work on Saturday or yesterday. The air conditioner was installed, it is monster big! And the electric meter was installed. Still has to be connected underground to the telephone poll. The plumbing hasn't been connected to the septic tank yet. And it looks like I need more dirt because there is still a lot of pooling around the house. It has been raining non stop since last night. But making progress so. Bad thing is that it is supposed to rain all week. I don't like that nobody bothered to call me to say the work was done.
