1. Wrong. We love those around us. We love the beauty in the world. What we *don't* love is a made-up fantasy, because it just isn't important.
2. Wrong. Atheists do strive to improve themselves and help others. This is the *legitimate* way to 'ascend'. Not to imagine some great imaginary father figure.
3. Justice is a human activity. And yes, we strive to improve the workings of our very fallible justice systems. But we find it more important to deal with life and suffering here and now as opposed to some imaginary afterlife.
