I seem to remember reading that some contemporary biblical scholars are now convinced the Epistles attributed to Paul were written by not less than two people. (same for John of Patmos, but I think that may have been known a lot longer)

I still run across Christians who argue the Gospels were written by four of Jesus' disciples. Have always thought that would have been a really impressive miracle, seeing as they were almost certainly all dead at the time. Tiger
