I dont think that anyone made it political..it -was- a political remark from the outset. An act of holding up a mirror to ugly politics and policies.
Not for nothing..but it probably would work to change them..remember trumps scribbling ceremony? How he was issuing his scam eo because he didn;t like what -he- saw and how it made -him- feel? Obviously, you want the asshole to do something...it pretty much has to be personal. I'm fairly certain that no one else even exists in his mind.
