My favourite mixed drink is a Havana -- White rum, pineapple juice, and a spritz of lemon. It's awesome if you blast it in the blender with ice.
I once experimented with it by layering a bit of Green Chartreuse on top, and named it the Cuban Missile Crisis. Should've lit the Chartreuse (55% alcohol) for bonus points, though.
And my other weird cocktail, the Tipsy Goddess, is a mixture of single-malt Scotch and the strongest Jamaican ginger beer you can get your hands on. Bit of a waste of single malt, but actually drinkable.
