Recently, state highway 36 between the I-25, I-76 and US-36 interchange and Boulder Co. was expanded to include a commuter toll lane. The construction was done by local companies with some investments from foreign companies. Every time a US driver pays the toll to use that lane, CDOT gets less than half of the toll. The rest goes to the off-shore investors. I could easily get behind this type of arrangement for investing in Mexico's infrastructure.
Of course, we could make an investment that would pay for itself and help our immigration situation by improving the quality of life for the people of Mexico.
