It is strange that YECs here never go deeper and tell us why is there a world wide "deception" of teaching people this of biological evolution. I mean how can something so obviously "false" be accepted by so many people if not even a majority? What could hold such "negative" power?
Nevertheless I scooped trough some Christian book preview on Amazon on flat Earth and he pretty much rolls out the pains YECs on this forum feel but don't want to say out loud - you see what word you can switch with "evolution" to see that it comes to the same thing, although he also rails against evolution

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
