And, worse, it doesn't solve the turtles all the way down problem.  All it does is specifies one characteristic of the infiinite chain of creators.  So I ask you what intelligent being created god?  Under your rules god needs an intelligent creator to exist.

No, he doesn't.  He is the primordial one and the ultimate reality and intelligence.  He created the universe and the living systems in it.  God doesn't need nor have a creator.
