I take it as a foregone conclusion that a Christian Fundamentalist will get the nod. The only group keeping Tump in office is the Christian right, and he knows it. By the end of the next SC term, abortion will be outlawed and pretty much all anti-discrimination legislation will be in the process of being rewritten, as well as any laws protecting workers or consumers. The country is done. Whatever rises in its place will be rising from ashes, not from votes.
