Jiu jitsu will take all that anger away. I've literally never met an angry jiu jitsu practicioner. Also unlike rock climbing there is no base level of fitness to get into it and it'll get you into great shape . It's also a good social sport. Bad way to meet women though.

I suppose that makes sense. Just be sure to find something that works for you, preferrably something that doesn't have a huge risk of brain damage. Martial arts and rock climbing may be good possibilities,as Capn Awesome says. Granted, Rock climbing may not count as a sport due to not being competitive, and counting more as strenuous exertion, which I think may have much the same benefits as sports do.
Rock climbing is also a competitive sport. It'll be in the next Olympics.
