Depends on the sport you pick and how much of a perfectionist demand you'll put on yourself. If it's a competitive sport and you don't handle loosing well...................
Then you can learn to handle losing well. If an adult can't handle losing, sports are a great choice. Obviously I'm very pro-doing sports.
