So let me get this straight. These cops bought a truck full of expensive shoes... To use them as bait for poor people so they could arrest them. So this is how pigs solve crime: sweeping it under the money-making rug of for-profit prisons. They could have used that money to help these people through their hardships, but no. The poor are subhuman filth and as such they must be treated.
And part of me thinks that they don't want to actually solve crime...
