Considering that old southern ladies show up to every Confederate flag protest or whatever, and that Trump specifically condemned the Nazis at the time, I'd say he was probably referencing that. Are you arguing that because they are old ladies that does not make them bad and i'm sorry the term good person and confederate protest don't go together and hell even marching or protesting with the Nazi's rather then against them is a sign you not a good person.
All in all his speech seemed like a limp wrested afterthought of false equivocations and supposed condemnation of the Nazi's sounded low energy and insincere like he honestly didn't care .But when he got to talking about antifa all of a sudden fire and fury .

Oskar Schindler would beg to differ.
Admittedly, for a KKK member or a Nazi member to qualify as good (at least if you mean "a good person") they would probably have to abandon white supremacy. Unless they're good in other areas that don't have to do with racism, like how Rudolf Höss would tuck his kids in bed at night after a day spent sending somewhere in the area of 5,000 Jews to their deaths. At best, the "good person" designation is utterly meaningless.
Yeah, compartmentalisation is an easy way out, but the fact remains that that's what makes us human. And failure to take that into account (either the compartmentalisaiton or their underlying humanity) will end up solving fuck all in the long run.
Example Hitler loved dogs does not mean he wasn't one of histories evilest men
