Then you can learn to handle losing well. If an adult can't handle losing, sports are a great choice. Obviously I'm very pro-doing sports.

I have significant improvement in mental and physical well being after I replaced excessive eating with lot's of pure good quality water. After I done that, workout's on boxing bag don't provoke mental pain but instead removes almost all mental pain. Most importantly I can easily have any diet I want If I drink enough water and having such excellent diet really makes the difference.
