Do you mean real eugenics? Like the goverment decides who can and can't breed together? Isn't that one step away from forced marriages?

I mean attraction doesn't ask for a DNA record.
Sure there are some people who can't reasonably care for children. But people have agency over their own bodies.

I don't think you can genetically keep all the good stuff but weed out the bad stuff. Even if that could have prevented me being schizoaffective (I'm not sure it would have)its not a solution I would want.
