I think that the President is free to criticize the press, the same as any other.  And somewhat I don't blame him, with the way they have been going after him for every small thing.  And it does seem that members of the intelligence community have been acting against him as well.  I also think that there is plenty to criticize him for, but that the left is appearing more and more unhinged as we go along.  I don't care if they are republican, democrat or something else Brian.  However your criticism of "sewing division" seems rather hollow, when that is what you do over every little thing that you think you can get away with.  Remember when they (and you) called it treason, because they thought the President was being too nice to Putin.   It's laughable if not so sad.

I am old enough, and if I had the money, could run for office. I wont, and the reason is, I DONT like having a filter, but I am also not famous nor am in a political seat of power.

I am quite sure IF I was running for president and spoke like I do here, you'd RIGHTFULLY be pissed at a politician doing that. So all you are arguing is it is ok when he does it, but if Obama said the same things YOU'D FLIP OUT!

Just like YOU would not want Bill Maher running for office, GUESS WHAT, neither would I. Not because I disagree with him, I agree with most of what he says. I would not want him as President, because that is a different type of responsibility than blasphemous critic in the PRIVATE SECTOR!
