I forgot if I told you over the phone. But for everyone reading this. I almost lost my cat in all this. I got up to the hotel knowing hotels everywhere were booked, worried about them not having a room. On the way up my cat kept meowing. So I let him out of his kennel in the van. When I parked at the hotel, I forgot to put him back in. I feel damn lucky they had a room, because I didn't see him hop out when I got out of the van. If they didn't have a room I could have very easily driven off thinking he was still in the van. It took me 5 minutes to register, got the room, went back out to the van, NO CAT! I was freaking out shouting his name. A black guy and black lady were outside looking at me like I was crazy, I told them I lost my cat. Fortunately the lady spotted him hiding in the bushes near the lobby door. I am sure he hopped out thinking, "Fuck this shit, you ain't leaving me behind." I was so grateful to that lady for spotting him. I'd rather lose my house than my best friend.
