One of the big parts of toxic masculinity is dominance. Dominating women, dominating other men. It's not done through merit - the toughest, smartest, strongest, best men rise above the rest - but rather through bullying, intimidation, deception, etc. So, I'd say that positive masculinity would exhibit the opposite traits. Honesty, humility, kindness, etc.
