I quoted a friend of the Constand family as saying they were racist, but that not me 'just bringing it up'; that speaks to the motive of the accuser, not the judicial system.
Whether or not race has played a part of this particular judicial process remains to be seen i.e the result of Harvey Wienstiens trial, othe than that I think that the prosecutor was overzealous, prosecution should never be about seeking conviction, it should be about seeking justice.
