Huggy, in all fairness, you made it about race wayyyyyy back in this thread. I do think race has a fair place in a discussion about a black man on trial in a historically racist country. However, it's not a factor in his guilt or innocence. Unless the judge or jury can be found guilty of racism, race isn't the issue here. If you agree with that, then maybe I misread your posts.

I quoted a friend of the Constand family as saying they were racist, but that not me 'just bringing it up'; that speaks to the motive of the accuser, not the judicial system.

Whether or not race has played a part of this particular judicial process remains to be seen i.e the result of Harvey Wienstiens trial, othe than that I think that the prosecutor was overzealous, prosecution should never be about seeking conviction, it should be about seeking justice.
