Nope. Just about ANY amount of CREDIBLE evidence is usually sufficient in order to accept a claim as at least a realistic possibility, warranting further investigation. It does scale somewhat with the prior probability, though, so if you want us to believe in magic - you'd better have something better, than some old book of tall tales, written by iron age goat-herders.
