No, that isn't a Christian website, and not only that but it appears to be deliberately misleading. I find it hard to believe that having studied Christianity at length they wouldn't have such elementry knowledge about the New Covenant..
The reason that some Old Testament laws, such as the cermonial law, are not practiced today is because when Christ came there was a change of priesthoods, from the levitical to melchizedek. Christ, being the all-sufficient sacrifice, fulfilled the requirements of the law, which was given only to Israel for that time and place. Christians still follow the basic moral law of the OT, but those laws relating to the propitiation of sin and governance of Israel have been fulfilled in Christ and are no longer relevent.

Sorry, no it isn't. Answering-christianity is a website launched by Muslims to counter the Answering-Islam site some Christians put up.
This is the opening sentence...."Many times when I enter a debate with fellow Christians and present verses from the Old Testament to them about some of life's laws and issues that were given to the Jews from GOD Almighty, they immediately give me answers such as "Oh, this is an old testament law that we Christians don't have to follow...." I find that to be quite an interesting statement."
So they must be mis-representing themselves.
An the bit I quoted is in the bible.
